Refund/ Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Sterling Glass Company! Please review our comprehensive refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order anytime before the scheduled installation date.

  • If you cancel after signing the contract, a refund will only be issued if the glass order has not yet been placed.

2. Refunds:

  • Full refunds of the deposit are not guaranteed.

  • We will attempt to cancel the glass manufacturing order; however, if the glass has already been paid for, no refund will be provided.

3. No-Shows:

  • If you are not available for your scheduled installation and do not notify us in advance, a rescheduling fee may apply.

4. Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
